Russian President Vladimir Putin addresses the plenary session of International Week ‘Peoples of Russia’ on Wednesday, November 4.

The event takes place during Russia’s 2026 Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, bringing together representatives from Russia and abroad to promote cultural ties, preserve the traditions and heritage of the country’s more than 190 ethnic groups, and encourage international dialogue based on shared spiritual and moral values.
