NASA's SpaceX Crew-13 arrives at the International Space Station (ISS) following its launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on Thursday, October 1.

The crew comprises NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney, Canadian Space Agency astronaut Joshua Kutryk and Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov.

After docking with the orbiting laboratory, the four astronauts will join the station's Expedition 75 crew and deliver welcome remarks.

During their stay in low Earth orbit, the crew are expected to spend six months carrying out scientific experiments and technology demonstrations aimed at advancing research in Earth science and future exploration.

The mission marks NASA's 13th crew rotation flight with SpaceX under the agency's Commercial Crew Programme.
