Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is set to hold talks with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York on Wednesday, September 23.
The meeting is scheduled as Lavrov attends the 81st session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
