The high-level General Debate for the 81st session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 81) continues for its second day in New York City on Wednesday, September 23.

Leaders and representatives from 193 member states gather for the annual meeting, entitled 'Restoring Trust, Managing Transformation: A United Nations That Delivers for All'.

Among those expected to speak during the morning session are the leaders of Ukraine, Iran, Argentina and Syria. The afternoon will feature addresses from representatives of Venezuela, Spain, Poland, Kenya, and others.
