A remembrance ceremony is held at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, on Friday, September 11, marking 25 years since the September 11 attacks.

The ceremony honours the 184 people killed at the Pentagon and aboard American Airlines Flight 77, which was hijacked and crashed into the building. President Donald Trump, senior officials and families of victims are among those attending.

Nearly 3,000 people were killed in the co-ordinated attacks on the Pentagon, New York's World Trade Center, and on United Airlines Flight 93 which crashed in Pennsylvania.
