Russian President Vladimir Putin hold bilateral talks with Mongolian Prime Minister Nyam-Osoryn Uchral and Vice Premier of China’s State Council Ding Xuexiang on the sidelines of Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on Wednesday, September 2.
