
Russian President Vladimir Putin holds bilateral talks with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Astana as part of his state visit to Kazakhstan, on Thursday, May 28.
The Russian-Kazakh talks are held in both narrow and expanded formats. The sides are expected to discuss bilateral relations, economic co-operation, as well as regional and international issues.
Following the negotiations, Putin and Tokayev will deliver statements to the media.
In the evening, the Russian president will take part in the plenary session of the International Eurasian Economic Forum, titled 'The EAEU in the Global Digital Race: Betting on Artificial Intelligence'.
