Top representatives of Russia, Indonesia, Zimbabwe, Serbia and China take part in the plenary session 'Space Agenda 2030+: Global Challenges and National Strategies' at the Russian Space Forum in Moscow on Thursday, April 9.
They include Director General of the State Corporation for Space Activities Roscosmos Dmitry Bakanov, Chairman of the National Agency for Research and Innovation of the Republic of Indonesia (BRIN) Arif Satria, Zimbabwe's Minister of Science and Technology Frederick Shawa, Serbian Minister Nenad Popovic, Deputy Head of China's National Space Administration (CNSA) Bian Zhigang and Deputy Director of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs Driss El Hadani.
Chief Executive Officer of the South African National Space Agency Humbulani Mudau, Director of the Propulsion System Complex of the Indian Space Research Organization J. Asir Pakyaraj and Chairman of the Aerospace Committee, Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baubek Oralmagambetov are also taking part in the discussion.
The topic of the plenary session is the formation of the global space agenda in the context of geopolitical changes: the balance between competition and co-operation, the role of states, business and the scientific community in the development of the industry, the preservation of international co-operation, the implementation of major space projects and the definition of the future space reality.
