The UN Security Council votes on a draft resolution in New York City on Tuesday, April 7, addressing the unblocking of the Strait of Hormuz.
It was proposed by Bahrain in co-ordination with members of the Gulf Co-operation Council, including Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
