Russian President Vladimir Putin holds a series of bilateral meetings with foreign leaders in Ashgabat on Friday, December 12.

The meetings take place on the sidelines of a special forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, the International Day of Neutrality, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality.

Putin is expected to discuss key issues related to political, economic and regional co-operation with participating heads of state.
