    Russia's Vladimir Putin speaks at a narrow-format meeting of the statutory bodies of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) in Bishkek on Thursday, November 27.

    Also participating in the meeting are Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Kyrgyz leader Sadyr Japarov, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Tajikistan's Emomali Rahmon. The meeting is chaired by the Kyrgyz side.

    They will discuss international and regional security and summarise the main results of the CSTO's activities during the intersessional period.
