
Russian President Vladimir Putin holds a press conference at the conclusion of his state visit in Bishkek on Thursday, November 27.
Putin flew in on Tuesday, November 25. He held Russia-Kyrgyz talks and a bilateral with Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko.
He also took part in the CSTO meeting, attended by Lukashenko, Japarov, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Tajikistan's Emomali Rahmon. Participants discussed topical issues and joint work, including strengthening co-operation in countering drug trafficking and illegal migration.
