Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin hosts the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Co-operation Organization (SCO) member states in Moscow on Tuesday, November 18.

The lineup of attending delegations includes officials from Iran, Uzbekistan, the People's Republic of China, Belarus, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Qatar.

This meeting is a continuation of the high-level events held this year in China. In 2026, Kyrgyzstan will assume the presidency of the SCO

The Council of Heads of Government of the member states of the SCO is held in Russia on November 18. Representatives from Iran, Uzbekistan, China, Belarus, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Qatar, Togo and Kyrgyzstan arrived in Moscow on November 17.

Mishustin held bilateral meetings with representatives from Iran, Mongolia and the People's Republic of China.
