The COP30 Leaders Summit kicks off in Belem, Brazil, on November 6. The two-day event, hosted by President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, brings together world leaders, ministers, and representatives from international organisations.
Gathering in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon, participants will address climate change, energy transitions, and the protection of forests and biodiversity, among other key global challenges.
The 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30) will follow the summit from November 10-21.
