The 22nd IISS Shangri-La Dialogue starts in Singapore on Saturday
May 31, with top defence officials, military leaders and strategic experts from across the Indo-Pacific convening for the annual inter-governmental security conference.
Regional tensions, defence co-operation and strategic alignment amid rising geopolitical tensions are expected to be discussed.
French President Emmanuel Macron is set to deliver a keynote speech outlining France’s Indo-Pacific vision.
The forum takes place on May 30 - June 1.
