Live from outside Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul on Friday, May 16, as delegations from Russia and Ukraine convene for renewed peace negotiations.
Defence Minister Rustem Umerov is leading the Ukrainian delegation while the Russian side is headed up by Vladimir Medinsky, the presidential aide who took part in the 2022 talks.
