He is expected to meet Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan at the presidential palace.
The trip has already seen Trump announcing the lifting of US sanctions on Syria.
He began in Riyadh, agreeing over $1 trillion in investments, including a $142 billion defence deal, with major US companies like Amazon and Boeing in attendance.
In Doha, Trump and Qatar's Emir signed key economic and defence deals, including a $200 billion order for Boeing jets.
