Prime Minister of Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin and Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the DPRK Pak Thae Song take part via videoconference in a ceremony to launch the construction of the bridge across the Tumannaya River on Wednesday, April 30.
Both are expected to give welcoming remarks at the event.
The Tumannaya River lies on the border between Russia and the DPRK. The agreement on the construction of a road bridge across the river was signed in June 2024. The length of the bridge will be around 850 metres, with Russia constructing 300 of them.
