Holy Week continues with the celebration of the Passion of the Lord at St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City on Friday, April 18.
The Good Friday liturgy has three parts: the Liturgy of the Word, the Veneration of the Cross, and Holy Communion.
Later on Friday, the traditional Way of the Cross celebration will take place at Rome’s Colosseum.
