Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Ryabkov holds a press conference on current issues of international security and Russian-American relations, in Moscow on Monday, February 10.

Ryabkov will also discuss issues related to arms control and the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The event is scheduled to coincide with Diplomatic Workers' Day.
