Vladimir Putin and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev meet in Astana on Wednesday, November 27, during the Russian president's state visit to Kazakhstan.
The leaders are scheduled to hold high-level negotiations in the narrow and extended format. It marks their sixth meeting this year.
The presidents are expected to discuss the Russian-Kazakh strategic partnership as well as further co-operation between their countries.
The leaders are also scheduled to sign a number of documents and give a joint press conference.
