The XXIX Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government starts with an inauguration in the city of Cuenca in Ecuador on Thursday, November 14. The summit hosted by Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa will last till Friday.
The members of the Ibero-American Conference are the 22 countries of Ibero-America: the 19 Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries of Latin America, plus Andorra, Spain and Portugal.
The next Summit is to be held in Spain in 2026.
