Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov delivers a speech at the United Russia party's General Council meeting on international cooperation in Moscow on Monday, November 11.
The commission of the council, which engages in development of international cooperation and support for compatriots abroad, was created on December 4, 2021 with Sergei Lavrov as its head.
The majority of its members also serve in the General Council and the Supreme Council of United Russia, alongside experts without party affiliation.
