G20 foreign ministers and representatives convene at UN HQ in New York City on Wednesday, September 25 for their second meeting of the year under Brazil's leadership.
The talks are entitled 'Building a Just World and a Sustainable Planet’.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres will open the meeting. President of the General Assembly, Philemon Yang, Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau, and President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa among others are expected to deliver remarks.
Foreign Minister of Brazil Mauro Vieira will welcome his counterparts from G20 members and guest countries. Russian Foreign minister Sergei Lavrov and others are expected to participate.
