Russian President Vladimir Putin takes part in the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on Thursday, September 5.
Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and Chinese Vice-President Han Zheng also hold speeches in the plenary session, according to the president’s aide Yuri Ushakov.
The Eastern Economic Forum is taking place in Vladivostok from September 3-6. This year, 6,000 guests from 76 countries are expected to attend the event. Over 650 heads of Russian companies, and 44 foreign firms, have confirmed their attendance.
