Russian President Vladimir Putin arrives in Baku for a state visit on Sunday, August 18.
He is scheduled to hold talks with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev, on issues including the further development of the Russian-Azerbaijani strategic partnership, as well as those on the international and regional agenda.
The presidents last met at the SCO summit in Kazakhstan on July 3-4.
