Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov speaks at an open dialogue on 'A New Architecture for the World: What international cooperation based on diversity, mutual respect and equality might look like' at the International Youth Festival in Yekaterinburg on Wednesday, September 16.

The festival, which brings together 10,000 participants from 191 countries, takes place on September 11-17. The programme features 650 events, ranging from science and sports to film, gastronomy and culture.
