Russian President Vladimir Putin arrives in New Delhi on Thursday, September 10.

He is scheduled to meet with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for talks on September 11, and attend the BRICS Summit on September 12-13.

It comes after the Putin-Modi head-to-head at the Shanghai Co-operation Summit last month - and their latest viral 'carplomacy', where their latest top level conversation inside a shared vehicle went around the world.

Putin will also hold a number of other bilateral meetings too.
