Russia's Vladimir Putin meets President of Vietnam To Lam in Moscow on Wednesday, September 9, during the Vietnamese leader's state visit to Russia.

The talks are expected to focus on bilateral co-operation, including trade and economic ties, education, security and defence, as well as other areas of the Russia-Vietnam comprehensive strategic partnership.

The two leaders are also expected to discuss key international and regional issues.

A number of bilateral documents are expected to be adopted following the talks.
