Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov gives a press statement to the Russian media in Manila on Wednesday, July 22.

It follows Lavrov’s participation in ASEAN-related ministerial meetings in Manila, including the ASEAN–Russia Ministerial Meeting and bilateral discussions held on the sidelines of the 59th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting.
