
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova and Russia's Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova speak at the presentation of the report 'Crimes Committed by the Kiev Regime Against the Civilian Russian Population of Konstantinovka' in Moscow on Wednesday, July 22.
The event features Chairman of the Commission on Security and Co-operation with Public Monitoring Commissions of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation Mikhail Anichkin, First Deputy Director of the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences Igor Bitryum, Chairman of the Commission for the Support of Veterans of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation Vladimir Gorokh and other participants.
The report was prepared by the 'International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis'.
According to the report, it covers testimonies from victims and eyewitnesses describing alleged crimes against civilians, including drone attacks, killings during evacuation attempts, and shelling of residential buildings and civilian infrastructure. Ukraine has always denied targeting civilians in the ongoing conflict.
