The 2026 NATO Summit, chaired by Secretary General Mark Rutte, takes place at the Beştepe Presidential Complex in Ankara on on July 7-8.
It comes amid a huge rift between the United States and Europe, with Donald Trump accusing his 'allies' of failing to step up and help him on Iran - and of refusing to pay their fair share in defence spending.
The US has also been pulling troops out of Europe, with the sides set for a huge showdown at the Summit.
The two-day event brings together Heads of State and Government of NATO member states and key partners to discuss deterrence and defence, support for Ukraine, including long-term assistance, arms co-operation and funding as well as the future strategic direction of the alliance.
