Russian President Vladimir Putin meets with graduates of military academies of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Federal Security Service, the Federal Protective Service, the National Guard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee, and the Federal Penitentiary Service in Moscow on Tuesday, June 23.

The head of state congratulates officers, cadets and academy students. Russian Minister of Defence Andrey Belousov will also deliver welcome remarks.

More than 600 top-performing graduates of military academies, along with their instructors and the heads of the respective agencies, have gathered in St George Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace.
