
Russian President Vladimir Putin holds bilateral talks with Chinese Vice President Han Zheng on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on Friday, June 5.
The meeting is expected to focus on bilateral relations, economic cooperation and the implementation of agreements reached during Putin’s recent talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The discussions are also expected to address prospects for further expanding Russia-China co-operation across a range of sectors.
Held annually since 1997, SPIEF is one of the world’s leading economic forums and takes place in St Petersburg on June 3-6.
