Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov speaks at a joint press conference following the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS countries, which is being held in Moscow on Friday, April 17.

The press conference is also attended by Sergey Lebedev, the Executive Secretary of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

At the meeting, the ministers made decisions on a wide range of pressing issues on the international agenda and on cooperation within the Commonwealth framework.
