Live from Barcelona as the vessels in the latest Global Sumud Flotilla depart Barcelona harbour on course for Gaza on Sunday, April 12.
More than seventy vessels and over one thousand people are attempting to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza and challenge Israel’s ongoing blockade.
The flotilla is scheduled to stop in Syracuse, Italy, and Lerapetra, Greece, before heading to Gaza.
The previous Global Sumud Flotilla last year was intercepted by Israeli naval forces.
