US President Donald Trump holds a press briefing alongside military figures following the reported rescue of a second F-15 crewmember from Iran, speaking from the White House on Monday April 6.
The fighter jet was downed over Iran on Friday, with the US launching a frantic search after both crew ejected.
The pilot was rescued on Friday, with the helicopter carrying him also reportedly hit by Iranian air defences - although the US claimed it had landed safely. Iranian state media had broadcast a 'reward' for the capture of the two crew.
