Leaders meet at the 10th CELAC Summit, held within the framework of the CELAC-Africa High-Level Forum in Bogotá on Saturday, March 21, to strengthen regional integration and multilateralism.
Talks focus on bi-regional relations and their international projection.
The Bogotá Declaration is expected to be adopted, recognising progress over the past year in regional integration, cooperation, peace promotion and multilateralism in Latin America and the Caribbean. It will also set out priorities for the coming period.
Colombia will hand over the pro tempore presidency to Uruguay.
