The CELAC–Africa high-level forum continues in Bogotá on Thursday, March 19, with a panel session on historical reparations informed by the experiences of Afro-descendant and Indigenous peoples.

The four-day meeting, led by Colombia’s vice-president Francia Márquez, brings together leaders from Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa to discuss education, science, technology, trade and sustainable development.
