Russian President Vladimir Putin holds talks with the Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla on Wednesday, February 18.
Ahead of the talks, the Kremlin stated that Russia "opposes the [US] blockade of Cuba" and that "we help our friends in difficult times".
