Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov holds talks with Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis - the OSCE Chairman-in-Office - and OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioğlu at the Foreign Ministry in Moscow on Friday, February 6.
Cassis visited Kiev this week, and talks are expected to focus on the Ukraine conflict and the workings of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe as well.
