Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Ryabkov holds a press conference in Moscow on Wednesday, November 26.

During the briefing, Ryabkov will address current co-operation within the BRICS format and the preparations for the major 'BRICS+ 2025 Counterterrorism Conference: National and Regional Counter-Terrorism Strategies in the Face of Emerging Security Challenges and Threats', which the Russian Foreign Ministry will host in Moscow on December 3–4.

Ryabkov will also comment on the state of Russian-American relations and touch upon issues of arms control and the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
