    Trump said they had agreed to meet in Budapest, Hungary, after talks between 'high level advisors' scheduled for next week.

    Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is also set to visit the White House on Friday. Putin and Trump held their first historic summit in Alaska in August.
