The Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with the Fregat upper stage launches from Vostochny Cosmodrome on Thursday, July 25.
Two heliogeophysical satellites, Ionosfera-M No. 3 and No. 4, along with 18 small spacecraft are on board.
The Ionosfera-M satellites are designed to monitor physical phenomena in the Earth's ionosphere, including electromagnetic disturbances and ozone distribution. The small satellites will carry out Earth observation, vessel tracking, space environment studies, and educational experiments.
