Heads of state and government, along with their spouses, arrive at the Palace Huis ten Bosch in The Hague ahead of a social dinner hosted by King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima, on Tuesday, June 24.
The summit is expected to include some 8,500 participants, including 45 heads of state, ministers, delegates, journalists and public forum guests.
The two-day event is set to centre on NATO’s defence capabilities, future membership, and long-term strategic planning.
It marks the first time the Netherlands has hosted the summit, and the first led by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
