The 13th International Meeting of High Representatives for Security Issues takes place in Moscow's National Centre RUSSIA on Thursday, May 29.
A plenary session continues on the sidelines of the event on 'Formation of an architecture of equal and indivisible security: challenges and opportunities for states of the Global South and East'. The discussion is focusing on establishing a new framework for equal and indivisible security, aiming to be more just and better aligned with contemporary realities.
Secretary of Security Council Sergei Shoigu will take part and the forum will end with a summary of the meeting.
Over 129 delegations representing 105 countries, including members of BRICS, the SCO, ASEAN, the CIS, the Arab League, the African Union, the CSTO, and other international organisations, are attending.
